New Incoming Student Move-In

Friday, August 23^rd 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

• Last Name A-M 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Last Name N-Z 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Upperclass / Returning Student Move-In

Saturday, August 24^th 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday August 25^th 9:00am - 3:00 pm

Early Arrival for University Groups

If you are in a program that moves in early (Ex: Fall Sports, BASIS, Marching Band), please contact your program directly for move-in details.

‍Early Arrival for International Students

The first day International Students may begin arriving to campus is Monday, August 19^th. Please reach out to the Global Education Office to coordinate your move-in.

Early Arrival for Individual Students

Requests will be accepted until Friday, August 16^th

This application will open on Monday, July 15^th. If you are a student not arriving with a university group, you have the option to submit a request for early arrival as an individual. To do so, please apply through your PennWest Housing & Dining Portal > Contracts > Fall 2024 Individual Early Arrival Request.

Requests for early arrival will be processed in the sequence they are received. You will be notified via email, by the campus housing office you applied to, regarding the decision and any applicable charges
