Get ready! Registration for Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 is just around the corner. You'll be able to see Fall schedule on March 17th and Summer schedule on March 24th.
Beginning on March 17th, visit your "Prepare for Registration" page in my.pennwest.edu to ensure you're all set for registration.
All undergraduate students and graduate students in the Master of Science in Library and Information Science program will have an advising hold on their account; they must reach out to their academic advisor for removal of the hold.
Registration will start at 8 AM for each group listed below, and every active student will receive a time ticket.
Registration begins for Summer 2025:
March 31 – All current students
Registration begins for Fall 2025:
March 31 – Doctoral level, Graduate level, and students with Priority*
April 2 – Senior standing (90 + earned hours)
April 4– Junior standing (60-89 earned hours)
April 7– Sophomore standing (30-59 earned hours)
April 9 – Freshman (0-29 earned hours)

Are you planning on graduating in Spring or Summer? Finishing your coursework in spring or summer? Not sure you can graduate? Check your DegreeWorks audit and be sure to meet with your advisor to discuss any outstanding requirements.
Log into myPennWest and click on Application to Graduate in the bottom left of the page.
