OneCard Photo ID

Here are the instructions to get a new OneCard photo ID.

Review your existing photo

• Log into the PennWest Experience Portal at https://my.pennwest.edu.
• Once in the portal, find the “Transact eAccounts” card or the link available under “Quick Access.”
• In the eAccounts portal, click on “Profile” to view your current photo.
• Do not change any of the information on this screen. This information is internal to eAccounts only, and your changes will not be applied anywhere else.

If you would like to use your photo on file, email clarionreslife@pennwest.edu that you would like to keep your current photo. We can have your card waiting for you to pick up the Residence Life and Housing Office, 218 Becht Hall.

No photo on file or want a new photo?

Residence Life and Housing staff can assist when you arrive at the office to have your new card issued. All new cards must be picked up in person; please bring a driver’s license or other form of photo ID for verification. Also, bring your old Clarion ID card so it can be removed from the old systems.
