We are excited to welcome you to campus or back to campus! Mark your calendars for the Spring 2025 Move-In Schedule.

New Incoming Student Move-In

  • On-Campus: Sunday, January 12th 2:00PM-4:00PM at your assigned residence hall.
  • Reinhard Villages: Sunday, January 12th 10:00AM-4:00PM at the Reinhard Community Center

Note: Students returning from winter break that resided on campus in the Fall of 2024 may begin to return at 2:00PM.

Early Arrival for New International Students

The first day new International Students may begin arriving to campus is Monday, January 6th starting at 9:00AM-10:00PM. You must schedule a check-in time if you are arriving anytime outside of 2:00PM-4:00PM on Sunday, January 12th. Please reach out to the Global Education Office to coordinate your move-in: globaled@pennwest.edu
